The last set of our swim workout this mornin was 6x25 sighting drills. A day late on finding this!
I like the 3/3/6 combination because it seems to make the most sense to me.
20-60-40 is my training mantra for Olympic distance triathlon. It's a 1,500 meter swim in 20 minutes, followed by a 40k bike in 60 minutes, and then a 10k run in 40 minutes. That's a pretty fast time. That's what I'm going for, and I think other triathletes are going for it, too. This is a place to talk about that single goal, the 20-60-40 Olympic distance triathlon.
